
Our sausages are made in our modern production facility. Each link is carefully produced by hand using coarsely chopped prime pork and all natural skins. They contain no preservatives, no artificial flavours, no colourings or MSG, and only natural spices and seasonings. Like all good food, these meaty sausages taste great because the recipes are simple, the seasonings light, and the ingredients first class. You'll be amazed to see them cook - hardly any fat - so it's not surprising that our customers keep coming back for more! Also all of our sausages are made gluten free, so those of you with an intolerance to gluten can also enjoy them. For those who would prefer non gluten free sausages, these can be made by special order.
All sausages are sold vacuum packed in 454g (1lb) packs. They are usually sold frozen, but some stores sell them fresh - check the 'Where to Buy' page for fresh stockists. Sausages are priced at $6.95/pack. If you buy 2 - 10 packs they are $6.50/pack, and 11 or more packs they are $6.25/pack.
British Favourites
English Breakfast Sausages: Our own recipe - a delicately seasoned fresh pork sausage to compliment any breakfast. However, don't just eat them for breakfast as they are delicious at any meal or snack time.
Old English 'Lincolnshire' Sausages: This is our version of the world famous recipe, seasoned with fresh organic sage, and black pepper. This sausage is 'herby', plump, and truly delicious. Traditionally eaten in the UK with creamed potato, vegetables and a rich onion gravy. A family favourite.
Old English 'Cumberland' Sausages: This is our version of this traditional recipe - a mild sausage with plenty of flavour. The fusion of lean pork shoulder, black pepper, nutmeg, mace, allspice and just a hint of onion results in a tantalisingly tasty sausage. This is by far our best seller!! They are great eaten any way you like, and will appeal to all ages.
Pork and Leek Sausages: This is a simple attractive green flecked sausage with exceptional taste. The fantastic colour and flavour of freshly prepared leeks, combined with prime pork makes a juicy sausage that just makes your mouth water. These are great eaten any way, but are also delicious with gravy.
International Selection
Pork & Maple Sausages: This is a British style sausage with a Canadian twist. It is a combination of quality pork and the subtle sweet flavour of Canadian Maple sugar - a sausage that is great for breakfast, and enjoyed by children anytime!
Mild Italian Sausages: This is our own recipe mild italian sausage - a fusion of italian herbs and spices, the fragrance of freshly ground whole Fennel seeds, and just a hint of Cayenne to add some 'bite'. If you prefer more heat, ask us about custom made Hot Italian Sausage.
Sweet Chilli Zinger Sausages (hot & spicy): For those who enjoy some heat, try our combination of southeast Asian flavours with the heat of Thai peppers, to make a sweet sausage with a powerful 'kick' all of its own. Rated 5.5/10 for heat intensity.
Habanero Chilli Sausages (hot & spicy): For those who really like it hot!! This scorching blend of habanero and scotch bonnet peppers with just a touch of sweet chilli to tantalise your tastebuds! Rated 8/10 for heat intensity.
Sundried Tomato & Basil Sausages: A mediterranean medley of sundried tomatoes from Italy, and fresh fragrant Basil. This is an amazing sausage - brought back by popular demand!
Indian Masala Mild Curry Sausages: NEW!! This is a blend of aromatic and pungent East Indian spices with no heat. Not all curry is hot! Taste the exceptional flavour!
Just Plain Tasty
Rosemary & Garlic Sausages: The combination of pork shoulder, garlic and just a hint of Rosemary, makes a taste to remember. If you love garlic, you will really love this juicy sausage.
Bratwurst Sausages: Based on the popular German recipe. This plump pork sausage is light in flavour and is sweet and juicy. Seasoned with ginger, coriander and nutmeg. This is great for the grill or BBQ.
Sausagemeat
All of our sausage varieties are available as loose sausagemeat, which is seasoned ground pork in whatever quantity you need. Sausagemeat is so versatile - you can make many different dishes with it, and we can supply it with whatever seasonings you require.
All of our regular sausage varieties are available without casing as loose sausagemeat.
All regular Sausagemeat is priced at $6.00 / lb.
We also have available two speciality sausagemeats: Simply Sage & Onion, and Cranapple Sage and Onion (seasonal only). Just perfect to make a turkey stuffing!

Stuffing: Use on its own or add other ingredients to make awesome stuffing to accompany your roast.
Meatballs: Roll into balls and cook!
Patties/Burgers: Simply shape and cook.
Meat Slice: Press into a cake tin and bake for 40 mins in a medium oven. Slice and eat hot or cold.
Pies: Press into a pastry shell and bake for a delicious meat pie. You can either leave the pie open, top with pastry, or make a pastry lattice for the top.
Sausage Rolls: Wrap in puff or shortcrust pastry and bake.
Custom Made Sausages
Should you wish to order any of our special order products, have a special dietary requirement, or just fancy a particular flavour, you can have your product custom made. All that we require is a minimum order quantity of 5 x 454g packs (approx 5 lbs), and some advanced notice. Most custom made sausages are priced the same as our regular sausages, but this could be subject to change depending on ingredient costs.
Additional Information
Storage & Handling: Frozen sausages can be safely kept in their original packaging for at least 3 months at a temperatures of -18oC. Do not refreeze frozen products once thawed. Fresh sausages have a limited shelf life due to the absence of preservatives. They usually have a shelf life of approx 5 days when stored at the appropriate temperatures (between 1oC and 4oC).
