Feature Sausage of the Month

Starting February 2015, we are launching our 'Feature Sausage of the Month' - a chance to make and try some mouthwatering recipes, and to change things up a little from our normal offering of 11 varieties of fresh sausage - now there will be 12 to choose from.
This is something we have talked about doing for a couple of years, but we have always been so busy it was hard to fit in something extra. Anyway we have a fabulous team of staff right now, and feel that we can go that little bit further to offer you something new and exciting each month.
We already have several ideas on what to make for the upcoming months, but we would welcome your input. The recipe for this month, February, is Mild Indian Masala Curry sausage. This is a sausage we tried a few years ago, but it never really took off. Since then East Indian food has become much more en trend in Alberta, and we hope that you will give it another go. We use a simple blend of mild East Indian spices, so no heat in this sausage, but instead a wonderful aroma and flavour right from East India. This truly is a delicious sausage, and even if curry is not your thing, we encourage you to give it a go. You won't be disappointed.
