Irving Farm Fresh Meats has relocated to Round Hill, Alberta. This is a small Hamlet located East of Highway 834 between Tofield and Camrose.  The business is managed by our family from our home.  Our philosophy is to produce tasty, nutritious products using only natural, wholesome ingredients. Once again we continued to grow and 2008 was a great year for us - we would like to thank you our customers for supporting us in what we do, and for buying our products. You all come back for more which tells us that you like what we do - thank you for your support. We look forward to 2009!

We believe it important that, in the modern world, our family eat only food that has had minimal processing and is free from artificial additives, preservatives, colours and flavours.  Our aim is to offer such products for sale directly to consumers who care about quality and believe it time to "junk the junk".

JANUARY 2009
We have just opened our brand new 1500ft2 commercial facility, situated on our new farm. With the expanded production area, we hope to be able to bring you a wider range of products and services, and increase production capacity so that we do not always sell out so early at farmers' markets! 



VOTED IN TOP 25 FOOD ITEMS TO EAT IN EDMONTON
In a recent list compiled by Gail Hall, the Cranapplesage Sausage Rolls made by Cooks Corner, Edmonton, using our fresh sage sausagemeat, were voted one of the top 25 things to eat in Edmonton - available hot and fresh at the Downtown Farmers' Market  - Delicious!

SAUSAGE FLAVOUR OF THE MONTH

Starting in May 2009, we will be featuring a sausage flavour each month of the outdoor market season. This will not only offer you a greater variety of sausages to buy, but also gives us a chance to make profile some of our new recipe ideas!

It has taken some time, but it is finally here. Using traditional methods, we have done our best to recreate a British Style bacon, and from the beginning of May we will offer this mouthwatering product for sale at our farmers markets.

Berkshire pork continues to be the best pork in the world for texture and flavour, so we are pleased to offer for sale cuts of our gourmet pork produced from traditionally reared purebred Berkshire pigs at both Farmers' Markets and from our farm.. See our   HERITAGE PORK page for more information.

We also produce homemade fresh pork sausages based on Old English recipes. Our startup range included Cumberland, Lincolnshire, Pork & Leek and  Pork & Maple. Recently we have introduced several new sausages in the "International Selection" and our "Just Plain Tasty' range. Click on the OUR SAUSAGES page for more information. All the sausages we sell are home made and produced in our commercial licenced facility.

Please be assured that all of our sausages are extremely lean and contain high quantities of quality pork that has been sourced locally, and are free from artificial ingredients.  We hope that you are able to share in our confidence that you are eating a safe, nutritious product that tastes truly delicious but if you have any concerns whatsoever, special requests or requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We also welcome feedback from those who have sampled our products.  Some will not have tasted sausage of this quality before so call us, tell us what you thought.
